Nemesis: Testarossa v Countach

No rivalry in automotive history cuts deeper or burns hotter than Ferrari vs Lamborghini.
Born from a personal insult when a tractor maker from Sant'Agata had the audacity to tell Enzo Ferrari his clutch was wrong and walked away to build his own car out of pure spite.
For decades they existed in permanent tension.
Two completely different philosophies of what a supercar should be:
Ferrari - The thoroughbred, surgical and racing-bred. 
Lamborghini - The provocateur, wild and theatrical and impossible to ignore.
 The Countach was all angles and aggression, a car that looked like it was designed by someone who'd never been told no.
Scissor doors, straked bodywork, a silhouette so extreme it still doesn't look real forty years later.
The Testarossa answered with those iconic side strakes and a wide, low stance that was somehow both more refined and more dramatic, a car that said you could be jaw-dropping without being a provocation. 
Wearing the Nemesis means you've never been able to pick a side, and you've made your peace with the fact that you never will.
